Opening the catalogue for the first time, a buyer usually meets a long list: E27 - 7w, C37 E14, GU10, T - 40w, a ‘corn’ lamp and so on. Behind those names are a few broad groups, and each group answers a particular type of fitting and use. Here is how the Zəfər İşığı catalogue breaks down into those groups. Classic E27 LED bulbs

The core of the range is the standard pear-shaped E27 LED bulb, offered in 7, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 22 watt versions. These are for the most common fittings: ceiling lights, pendants, table lamps, and fittings in hallways and utility rooms.

The right power depends on the size of the room, the number of bulbs in the fitting and what the light is for. Lower-power versions suit night lights, hallways or multi-bulb fittings; higher-power ones suit rooms lit by a single bulb. The main guide when choosing should be how much light the old bulb gave.

For chandeliers and decorative fittings

This group covers bulbs where appearance matters:

• C37 E14 bulb — candle-shaped, for chandeliers and wall lights.
• C45 E27 bulb — a small globe, for decorative fittings with an E27 holder.
• E14 filament bulbs — straight and teardrop versions; their look recalls an incandescent filament, so they are used in chandeliers with open arms.
• Coloured bulb — for decorative and festive lighting.

Once the cap is settled, the key question in this group is whether the bulb will be visible. In an open-armed chandelier a filament bulb often works best; inside an enclosed shade an ordinary candle bulb may be the more sensible choice.

Spotlights

Spot lamps are used in suspended ceilings and wherever directional light is needed. The catalogue includes two standard bases: GU10, common in fittings connected directly to the mains, and G5.3, used mainly in low-voltage setups. An adjustable 3D spotlight is listed as well.

When choosing G5.3, check whether the fitting runs through a transformer; with GU10, confirming the base is usually enough. Spots have a narrower beam than general-purpose bulbs, so how many you need and where they go should be planned separately.

High-power lamps for large spaces

For warehouses, workshops, garages, sales floors and yards, the catalogue offers several types:

• T-shaped LED lamps — cylindrical bodies, in versions from 20 to 70 watts.
• 4+1 lamp — a folding design with four wings, for spreading light over a wide area.
• ‘Corn’ lamp — LEDs arranged along a cylinder, sending light all around.

With these lamps, check that the holder can take the size and weight of the lamp, that the fitting can shed heat, and what mounting height is involved.

Traditional lamps and accessories

Alongside the LED products, the catalogue keeps some traditional technologies. It lists E27 incandescent bulbs in several wattages, a high-power E40 incandescent lamp and a JTT halogen lamp, 18 and 36 watt fluorescent tubes, and an S2 starter for them. These serve fittings still running on older gear and situations where an incandescent lamp is specifically needed.

How to use the catalogue

The efficient route is: first identify the cap of the old bulb, then choose the group by fitting type, and only then settle power and shape within that group. If you are buying for several rooms or a large site, grouping the bulbs into a list makes ordering much easier.

For a flat, a simple table might look like this: E14 candle bulbs for the living-room chandelier, an E27 bulb for the bedroom ceiling light, GU10 spots in the kitchen’s suspended ceiling, and lower-power E27 bulbs for the hallway and bathroom. Noting the quantity on each line, plus one or two spares, saves hunting for the same model later.
