The ceremony was attended by Niyazi Bayramov, head of the Ganja City Executive Power; Natig Hasanov, deputy chairman of the board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA); Zeki Öztürk, Consul General of Türkiye in Ganja; Honoured Art Worker Fakhriyya Khalafova; Taro Savado, president of Japan’s TET International Development; Hüseyin Büyükfırat, chairman of the Union of Turkish and Azerbaijani Businessmen and Industrialists (TÜİB); Azer Akbarov, chairman of the board of the Azerbaijan–Pakistan Economic Cooperation Chamber; and other guests.
